PINSS is committed to support its subscribers. PINSS understand sometime, customers would like to refund what they paid for. PINSS would issue complete refund for customers' post charges, If the post was active less than 24hrs. PINSS cannot issue refund for active posts beyound 24hrs, as PINSS would consider the post was published and subscriber did receive feedback and maybe received engagement as well. PINSS would apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause for any subscriber.
